Following various State Government announcements about lockdowns that are current in NSW, Victoria and now in ACT, HVG Facades would like to assure you that we will continue to provide premium products, service and support to our valued customers during these challenging times.
Most importantly, we hope all our customers and suppliers stay safe.
Sales and Product Enquiries
We will continue to operate as normal, with both telephone and e-mail orders being processed for either delivery or collection.
Customer Service Office and Showroom
Our customer service offices and showrooms will be closed to visitors in Victoria, NSW and South Australia during the lock-down period. Although, samples/brochures/technical data can be sent direct to customers.
Warehouse and Operations
Our Distribution Centres will remain open, although the safety of our staff and customers is our number one priority. Any visitors that do attend our Distribution Centres, we ask that you comply with all COVID safe rules by checking in, wearing a face mask, sanitising and social distancing.
