General Manager
Stephen is responsible for leading the growth and financial performance of HVG Facades, a leading supplier of Façade products and systems in Australia. He manages the strategic direction of the business as well as the development of supplier and customer relationships. He is also responsible for the creation and implementation of sales budgets and results, as well as cost management, in order to effectively achieve business objectives.
Stephen has been with Halifax Vogel Group for over 10 years, managing and working across various business divisions.
Stephen is a passionate supporter of the St Kilda AFL team.
Neil Weatherstone is MondoClad® and Trespa®’s National Product Manager. His career in the aluminium industry spans more than 20 years.
Having been employed in the industry when sheets, coils and plates were locally produced, he has unsurpassed expertise in the manufacturing process of aluminium sheets, plus unmatched experience in the worldwide aluminium supply chain network.
Andrew Pike is the HVG Facades’ State Sales Manager for NSW and QLD. He is also the Product Manager for our high-density fibre cement product Veterro®.
Andrew is one of HVG Facades most experienced employees having worked in the business for over 17 years. He has worked in a variety of roles including Corporate Identity Management, Specification and more recently looking after our team in NSW and QLD.
He is customer focused, with extensive knowledge and experience in construction industry, particularly in cladding and project management. You will get the the best advice possible with Andrew Pike.
On the weekend you can find Andrew supporting one of his sporting teams including the Cronulla Sharks, Sydney FC and the Sydney Sixers.
National Product Manager – ZINTL®
Cameron Yasar has been with HVG for 15 years, a huge milestone!
Cameron has held many roles within HVG, such as Sales Co-Ordinator, Senior Account manager, managing the Corporate Identity program and more recently as a Product Manager for ZINTL®.
In his spare time he loves spending time with his family and watching Football (lets be real…anything sport to be honest). He also has a keen interest in property development.
National Product Manager – Nucleo®
Thomas Brenner joined the HVG Facades team in 2019 as Business Development Manager for NSW. In 2023 he moved into the role of National Product Manager for our premium bonded aluminium panel – Nucleo®.
Thomas’ interest is in high quality technical products, quality control and compliance standards.
Since moving to Australia in 2002, Thomas gained a sound understanding in roof and wall cladding applications.
He specialised in non-ferrous cladding materials, traditional European cladding systems whilest living in Switzerland.
With his involvement in cladding applications for commercial and residential projects all around Australia, Thomas provides technical support to architects, designers and specifiers of how to apply these systems on individual projects. Special attention is provided towards compliance of these products with the NCC.
In his spare time Thomas likes to be out in nature, trail walking, cycling and he also loves skiing.
Head of Marketing
Jess has joined HVG Facades with more than eight years of experience in Event Management, Marketing Strategy, Coordination and Operations, combined with proven achievements as a creative team member.
She is an effective communicator who has a proven track record of developing strong client relationships and implementing strategic plans that result in increased revenue and profit margins.
Passionate about driving engagement and increasing brand awareness, whilst creating authentic connections between products/service and consumers by building rapport to create lasting relationships through digital media marketing.
In her spare time you can find Jess baking up a storm, admiring the flowers and exploring local markets.
Dana is HVG Facades Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, bringing a wealth of knowledge from the retail and horticulture industries.
She’s the creative force behind our social media, crafting engaging content and driving our success. Dana’s expertise and genuine passion make her an invaluable member of our team, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table.
Outside of work, Dana enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.
National Technical Manager
Roger Brooks is HVG Facades’ National Technical Manager. Roger has experience across various sub-sectors of the façade industry, working with product groups such as aluminium composite and solid metal cladding, fire resisting cavity insulation for cladding and curtain walls, as well as polycarbonate glazing systems.
Roger has over twenty years of experience working within the commercial and residential design and construction spaces, with a high degree of focus on working with facade engineers, consultants, and various high level industry stakeholders.
Roger brings his industry experience and dedication to the HVG Facades team, to assist in providing the very best information and general assistance to the market.
Outside of work Roger can be found either on his Harley Davidson bike or behind professional cameras as a semi-pro photographer.

National Corporate Partnership Manager
Charlotte is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the dynamic world of construction. Originally from the UK, she has seamlessly integrated into the cultural tapestry of Melbourne.
At HVG Facades, Charlotte is the National Manager leading the Corporate Identity division. Her expertise enables her to work with clients from concept to implementation. She excels in building relationships and consistently earns clients’ trust by addressing their specification needs with a holistic approach. Sourcing the best solutions and effectively managing inventory.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys everything Melbourne has to offer, from supporting the Melbourne Dees, exploring the city’s latest restaurants, or spending time in nature
Commercial Sales Manager – VIC
Phil is an experienced Commercial Sales Manager with demonstrated history of working in the Architecture & Building industry.
With over 40 years of experience in various roles and a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry he will provide our clients with the best possible customer service.
Phil is skilled in sales, negotiations, operations, and sales management.
He is a true sales professional supported with an Associate Diploma in Marketing.
He enjoys relaxing with a good book, a movie and plenty of music.
Specification Manager – VIC
An integral member of HVG Facades since 2012, Marie brings more than 25 years of invaluable experience in the architectural realm, originating from her background in the interior design sector.
Her dedication and passion lie in fostering the development and growth of both emerging and established partnerships. Marie thrives on collaboration, working closely with architects, specifiers, and industry stakeholders to facilitate, support, and deliver solutions to meet the project needs.
Leveraging her extensive industry and technical expertise, Marie specialises in developing and managing specifications. With a focus on excellence, she ensures that the architectural design cycle is meticulously executed from inception to completion, bringing life to each project.
Outside her professional life, Marie’s downtime includes her love of travel and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys her quiet time relaxing with a cup of tea and listening to music (and the occasional TV binge-watch!).
Nino is a knowledgeable and experienced Sales and Specification Manager with a history of over 40 years in the Architectural & Building Industry.
His experience spans a number of roles in Technical Sales and Sales Management giving him the expertise in assisting stakeholders across the industry.
In his spare time Nino enjoys trying to play golf, gardening and listening to music.
Commercial Sales Manager – VIC
Drew is our Commercial Sales Manager based in Victoria. He joined HVG Facades in June 2022.
Prior to joining our division, he was working in the power tool industry with Milwaukee and Makita.
Drew’s strengths are in sales, operations, communication and relationship management.
In his spare time Drew likes to surf and hang out with his family. He also loves to travel; he has been to over 20 countries and counting. Drew also loves to go to live music festivals and enjoys listening to his favourite artists.
Commercial Sales Manager – VIC
Con is our Commercial Sales Manager based in Victoria. He joined HVG Facades in early 2021.
Con has over 38 years’ experience in the construction and building industry. Before joining our facades team, he specialised in the HVG decorative building products for the last 10 years with a focus in the Recreational Vehicles (RV) market.
Con is a qualified cabinet maker and shop fitter and has also managed a stone fabrication business.
In his spare time, Con loves to go out 4 Wheel Driving and enjoys the morning walks with his dog.
Inventory and Sales Support
Beginning her career at HVG in 2019, Alisha was recently promoted to Sales and Inventory Support after four years in our Victorian customer service team. With an in-depth understanding of our customers’, she ensures our national sales team is supported with inventory needs for our brands Nucleo, ZINTL and Alucobond PLUS.
Alisha balances her professional career by taking every moment to enjoy spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
Commercial Sales Manager – NSW
Tatyana Martinovic joined the HVG Facades team as our new Commercial Sales Manager in January. Based in Sydney, she has been in the building and construction industry for over six years. With experience in a wide range of building industry sectors, Tatyanas’ background ranges between acoustics, operable walls and flooring.
Her key strengths are sales, specification and relationship management, customer service and communication. With a proven track record of winning large-sized projects, Tatyanas’ ability to manage the full sales cycle is second to none.
In her spare time, Tatyana loves spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors and cooking a great meals!
Since 2018, Louis has been a part of HVG Group. In 2023, he joined HVG Facades as the Commercial Sales Manager for NSW working directly with builders, fabricators, and installers. His extensive background in the construction industry spans two decades, specialising in sales and business development. Louis is dedicated to fostering client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
His experience within the construction sector has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of collaborating with project managers, contract administrators, builders, specifiers, and customers. Louis excels in negotiations, technical knowledge, material forecasting and product management.
Outside of the office, Louis enjoys mountain bike riding, family outings, and walking his pure breed German Shepard.
Architectural Specification Manager – NSW/QLD
Candice Dodd joined HVG Facades in April 2019, bringing over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing and interior acoustics.
Candice provides essential support to the Sales teams in NSW and QLD, always ready to assist them and our customers.
On the weekends it’s all about family, sports and good company!
Inventory & Sales Support
Susie Palamara joined HVG Facades in March 2020.
Based in our Sydney office, she looks after Inventory and Sales support, with a focus on MondoClad®.
Susie enjoys Jiu Jitsu (currently a blue belt), going to the gym and shopping.
Commercial Sales Manager – QLD
Michael has been involved in the QLD external cladding industry for over a decade, his wealth of knowledge will ensure our customers will receive the best advice available.
The skill set he has acquired over 10 years in the cladding industry has given him an understanding of the market, industry capabilities and limitations providing him a strong educational platform.
Michael can advise you on the design, fabrication capabilities and limitations of each range to optimise the client’s aesthetic requirements and to bring these to fruition.
His experience in the cladding industry will assist our clients in navigating the uncertainty within the external cladding as well as compliance in Queensland today.
He has access to the leading fabricators and installers in the Queensland market and he can assist our customers with design finessing.
Michael can discuss the benefits of cladding installation methodology local and international and he has access of a network of skilled artisans for the proto typing of designs.
In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking and watching a game of footy, only if Bombers are playing.

Frank Renfrey, Commercial Sales Manager in SA has been with HVG Facades for over 14 years.
Frank’s wealth of knowledge spans across 35 years in the construction industry. He loves to assist our client’s and see their projects come to life. Frank works closely with Architects, Builders, suppliers and contractors/ installers ensuring our cladding products surpass all their expectations.
Frank enjoys going to see live music, nature walks and bike riding with my wife and daughter.
